Scope of Terms
Effective Date: May 29, 2025
Passport Online, Inc. dba VacationPort ® ("Passport Online," "VacationPort," "we," "us," or "our") provides Social Media Manager services for travel industry professionals, agencies, suppliers, and related businesses.
These Social Media Manager Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between Customer and Passport Online and govern Customer's access to and use of Social Media Manager, including content planning, social media scheduling, creative assets, account connection tools, reporting, campaign support, and related digital marketing services.
Unless Passport Online expressly requires a separate signed agreement for a particular Service, Customer accepts and agrees to these Terms by executing an order form, completing an online registration, clicking to accept, submitting payment, activating a subscription, connecting social media accounts, accessing the Service, or otherwise using the Service.
Any applicable order form, invoice, customer dashboard, subscription selection, online checkout, pricing page, or written service description is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement. Any prior references in legacy materials to a former owner, operator, provider, or contracting entity are superseded by these Terms. Social Media Manager is provided by Passport Online unless a separate written agreement signed or accepted by Passport Online states otherwise.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed written agreement signed by Passport Online, the signed written agreement will control solely with respect to the conflicting terms.
