A New Place to Talk,
and a New Way to Stay Organized
At VacationPort, some of the best ideas come straight from conversations with travel advisors. When we hear the same questions, frustrations, or ideas more than once, we pay attention.
Today, we want to share two updates that reflect that mindset. One is about creating a more open place to talk, and the other is about a new feature in AgentPort that exists because advisors asked for it.
Introducing r/VacationPort
We recently launched r/VacationPort, our official subreddit on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/VacationPort/
This is meant to be a relaxed space for conversation. Just a place to talk, ask questions, share ideas, and have real discussions.
We will use it to share updates, listen to feedback, and better understand how you are using our tools in the real world. You will see VacationPort team members there as themselves, joining the conversation and listening.
If Reddit is your thing, we would love to see you there.
New in AgentPort: Collections
Collections is a new feature in AgentPort that came directly from advisor feedback.
We heard from many of you that it was hard to keep track of offers over time. Advisors told us they wanted an easy way to save offers, organize them by client or trip idea, and keep an eye on prices without constantly checking back.
So we built Collections.
With Collections, you can:
- Save offers into groups that make sense to you
- Organize by client, destination, or trip idea
- Track price changes automatically
- Spot changes quickly and easily
You can add offers to a collection from the offer details page and manage everything from the Search and Book area.
Right now, Collections are focused on offers, but more is coming, including sharing collections with clients and supporting additional content types.
Your Feedback Shapes What We Build Next
Collections are just one example of how advisor feedback turns into real features.
Listening to advisors is a big part of how we decide what to work on next. Your ideas, suggestions, and pain points help shape our development roadmap and influence where we spend our time.
If you have thoughts on how Collections could be better, or ideas for new features you would like to see in AgentPort, we want to hear them. The new subreddit is one place to share those ideas, and we will continue listening through our existing channels as well.
Thank you for continuing to share your feedback and help guide what we build next.
